A properly paved driveway lasts 20 to 30 years with sealcoating every 2 to 3 years. The base prep is what determines how long it lasts. We do it right.
Yes. Proper grading is part of every paving job. We check slope and drainage during your free estimate. This keeps water running off and prevents early cracking.
You can drive on it within 24–48 hours. Full cure takes about a week, during which we recommend avoiding heavy vehicles and sharp turns on hot days.
